Single-story brick ranch taken to the studs and rebuilt in 2025. Wide-plank hardwood throughout. The open-concept main floor flows from a sunlit front living room with sectional sofa and modern fireplace under a mounted TV, through a brick-trimmed archway into a second lounge with recliner-style sofa and second TV. The dining room seats 6 under a statement orb chandelier. A 3-stool breakfast bar sits at the kitchen counter. The chef's kitchen has white upper cabinets, sage green lowers with brass hardware, farmhouse sink, stainless French-door fridge, electric range with hood vent, and dishwasher. Three bedrooms sleep 6: king primary with built-in desk and mounted TV (great for remote work), a full sized bed in 2nd guest room, and another full bed for kids or extra guests with patterned bedspread under a crystal chandelier in 3rd bedroom. One full bathroom and one powder room on the main level, both renovated. Out back: private fenced yard with patio set, umbrella, and storage shed. Driveway fits 2 cars (left side only, see Guest Access). Note: the home sits over a finished basement that is a separate private residence with its own entrance, occupied by a relative of mine. The basement is off-limits. The entire main level is yours. Location: Quiet corner at Giddings and Redwood Drive in central Norridge. Harlem Irving Plaza (The HIP) is a 5-minute drive: Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, AMC Norridge 6, Olive Garden, Chipotle, 100+ stores and restaurants. Local favorites include Edelweiss German American Cuisine and Stella's Place. Norridge Park District is a 5-minute drive for trails, playgrounds, and sports courts. Travel times by car: O'Hare 5 min, downtown Chicago 20-25 min, Allstate Arena and Rosemont entertainment 10 min, Wrigley Field 25 min. CTA Blue Line at Harlem or Cumberland is a 10-min drive, then 25 min to the Loop. A car is recommended. Longer stays are highly encouraged. From relocated families, remote workers, to professionals looking for easier city access but with a suburb feel. We gladly encourage 30+ day stays. Note: Although the neighborhood itself is quiet, there might be some plane sounds due to how close this is to O'Hare airport.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours after 10pm. The basement is a separate private residence with its own entrance, occupied by relatives. You will not share any interior space. Park on the LEFT side of the driveway only and leave the right side clear for tenant access. Pets welcome with a per-pet deposit. Absolutely no parties, no events, and no smoking inside. No exceptions. We kindly ask that our guests respect our neighbors by keeping volume levels at respectable levels. Self check-in details and WiFi sent the day before arrival. Washer and dryer on site. Central AC throughout.

You have the entire main level of the home plus full use of the fenced backyard. Driveway fits 2 cars and is for your use, parked on the LEFT side only. Please leave the right side of the driveway clear at all times for my relative that lives in the basement. The basement is a separate residence with its own entrance and is off-limits. No shared interior spaces.
