Gus is an amazing host and the studio was perfect. 2 things to keep in mind is that its at the top of fairly small stairs which are not super easy to get up if you have issues which was fine for us. Also, traffic could be a little noisy, but with a white noise machine was absolutely fine. the place was clean, neighbors quiet and you're right by 355. highly recommend staying here!

This was my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back for a third! The place is so cute, cozy, and always feels welcoming. Gus is an amazing host, very responsive and quick to reply, which makes everything smooth and stress-free. Great place, 100% recommend!

Clean apartment and decorated very cute! Was perfect for coming to visit my daughter. A little hard to know which driveway and which door to use when getting there in the dark but after that it was no problem.

I have been driving from Kentucky to Lockport frequently and last month was the first time I have ever booked an Airbnb. Gus made everything so easy. He is always professional and friendly. He provides clear and easy instructions making check-in and check-out super easy and is readily available for any questions you may have. The place is always clean and cozy. It is provided with everything you may need for duration of stay. This will always be my go-to place when visiting Lockport. I would highly recommend!

Super cute little apartment within a large farmhouse. New or very well-maintained carpet and tub, couch, etc. I had a potential problem (not with the home) and Gus was quick to get back to me with a solution. Nice selection of coffees, plenty of waters and TVs in the living room and bedroom. The ONLY possible negative is that it's right on a major road so it was fairly noisy with traffic. It either didn't go on all night, or I slept through it, but if you're sensitive to it, you might want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs.

Great place to stay Gus and his wife were really nice and super responsive to everything I had great comfortable stay place was exactly how described and just as comfortable as it looked. Would definitely stay again!

Gus was very respectful and quick with response and instructions. The place looked just like the photos and had no issues at all with my stay. It was last minute as well and the price was still good! Will definitely be booking again!

Definitely recommend this place ! Gus was quick to communicate when we needed something and even let us extend our stay last minute. The place was exactly like the pictures and super clean.
